Read-only Instagram access
Your accounts connect through Instagram's official API with read-only permissions for your profile and insights. We can't post, comment or send messages.
Encrypted credentials
Instagram access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are only ever used on our servers to sync your own stats.

Research uses public reels only. Delete your account from Settings and your scripts, uploads, keys and connected accounts are removed.

Questions
What is an outlier score?
It's a reel's plays divided by the median plays of that creator's last 30 reels. A 10x reel did ten times better than that creator usually does, which is a strong sign the idea or format, not the account size, made it work.
Where does the research data come from?
Public Instagram reels and profiles, collected live when you search and cached for 24 hours. For your own accounts we use the official Instagram API, which includes private insights like saves and shares.
How does the hook check work?
Upload your finished reel and we watch it: the opening few seconds frame by frame, then the whole thing. You get a score, a second-by-second account of what a viewer sees and hears, whether it works with the sound off, and specific edits to make before you post.
Is remixing just copying?
No. We keep what made a reel work (the hook type, structure, pacing and payoff) and write new words for your topic. Scripts are written fresh every time, and we never reuse the original creator's lines.
Do I need an Instagram Business or Creator account?
Only for My Accounts and asking ReelChat about your own stats. Find, Remix and Check & post all work without connecting anything.
Will you ever post to my account?
No. We request read-only permissions for your media and insights.
Does it write in my language?
Yes. Scripts, captions, hooks and hashtags come back in the language you write your request in.
How do credits work?
Every plan includes credits each month, and each action costs a set number: a live search 15, a script 10, a video check 40, a hook or bio 1. ReelChat messages cost by length, usually 1 to 10. Plan credits refill on the 1st and don't roll over; credits you buy never expire and are used after your plan credits. Failed or empty runs, and searches someone already ran today, are free.
